Apps Used: Welcome Tab App and Sweepstakes App
1. Where did you hear about Hy.ly? I heard about Hy.ly on Facebook from a friend who published the Hy.ly Welcome Tab on her business page and I wanted to try it out myself. I love solutions that make application installation, use, and reporting easy for Facebook Page administrators. Hy.ly’s adding wonderful functionality and capabilities to Facebook Pages for little or no cost.
2. What was your customer experience with Hy.ly as a company? After I discovered Hy.ly I tweeted about it. Hy.ly CEO Munish Gandhi replied to my tweet. I appreciate that kind of company-to-customer interaction so I followed him. We had a few Twitter conversations and then became friends on Facebook. One of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had using Hy.ly is the direct contact I’ve had to ask questions and get responses very quickly. Hy.ly has been very available and open to answering questions about how their apps work. Whether I contacted them on Twitter, Facebook, or email, they were always responsive and wanted to know how they could help.
3. What benefits do you see by using Hy.ly apps on your Facebook fan page? Hy.ly apps provide my Facebook Page, and my clients’ Pages, with easy, inexpensive (and, in some cases, free) ways to increase interaction with our fans. And, they offer features for which other third-party Facebook developers charge an arm and a leg! Hy.ly apps are beautifully designed, easy to use, and effective.
4. What measurable interactions/feedback/growth have you seen since adding a Hy.ly tab to your Facebook page? I’m currently using Hy.ly’s Sweepstakes app to run a contest on a client’s Facebook Page. After running the sweepstakes for less than a week, our fan base has increased more than 13%!

2. What was your customer experience with Hy.ly as a company? It is great. I picked out what was helpful for my company and installed it. It was easy to set up.
3. What benefits do you see by using Hy.ly apps on your Facebook fan page? Hy.ly apps have helped me build up a customer base by customizing advertisement to go out at a specific time [Scheduler App] and I can create posts that my friends can share.
4. What measurable interactions/feedback/growth have you seen since adding a Hy.ly tab to your Facebook page? I have been gradually building new customer base with this application and have generated a lot more traffic to my website: http://www.annabellajewels.com/ . I was also able to draw more people to my Facebook page [at AnnaBellaJewels]. I can keep them updated on any changes I make or new products I have added, all with just one click.
